Author macros, and an iframe that wants them

This page defines four macros the way PreTeXt does. The parent page can use them: \(\bvec + \vvec\) and \(\definiteintegral{0}{1}{x^2}{x}\) and \(\class[\approx]{a}\).

The iframe below is a separate document with its own MathJax instance, so it knows nothing about those macros. Its math is broken until we hand them over.
